📦 Package Handling Policy

Upon delivery, customers must first complete payment before opening the package.

🔁 Exchange & Refund Policy

Customers can return or exchange any item within 30 days from the purchase date.
Exchange for the same color and size is free.
Exchanging for a different model or color costs 70 EGP.
Returns are subject to a flat fee of 90 EGP, regardless of payment method, if the product is in new, unused condition.
Discounted items (sale items) are eligible for exchange only — refunds are not accepted.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Customers may return or exchange items at any of our physical stores for added convenience.

📦 Return & Exchange Conditions

Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Defective products are eligible for full refund or exchange — photo evidence is required.

Any order placed using the Tier Discounts offer is eligible for exchange only with the same product in a different size. No returns will be accepted for these orders.

Warranty

All products are covered by a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
