how zee came to be

Zee was founded in 2014 by Noureldin because kaza kaza and kaza. My interest in jewelry making came from my background in fine art and graphic design. After moving to NYC from Tokyo, I found myself in the garment district, looking for some sewing materials, and ended up finding way more. Sifting through piles hardware and mountains of thread, I started imagining ways they could be combined to make jewelry and weird little art objects.
